Hi there, and thank you for being here.
I’m starting this project—through this website and a Substack—to share my journey of finding a sense of purpose. This is a deeply personal endeavor, born out of a growing sense of urgency and a desire to create something meaningful in a time that feels stark, divisive, and increasingly disconnected.
Right now, it feels like the world is unraveling. The infighting, the polarization, the growing influence of those who value profit over people—it’s overwhelming. And while all that plays out, our planet suffers. The destruction we’re witnessing is heartbreaking, and I realized I couldn’t sit by and do nothing.
So this is where I share what regenerates me. What makes me feel human again in a system that feels engineered to erase that. You’ll find thoughts, essays, tips, and experiments in living better—smarter, slower, cleaner. Not perfect. Just less broken.
Topics range from:
- books I’ve read, movies I’ve seen, podcasts I’ve heard that gave me pause
- what we can grow that heals the land and feeds the body
- how to cut plastic and toxins from everyday life
- conversations across lines
- food that restores
- creative projects that stitch something back together
- history
- thought challenges
- things I’ve learned that blow my mind
And then there’s the store—my design work. I make original pieces from scratch: clothes built from my own patterns, mostly sewn from new materials. Inspired by the past, built for the present. Some things are clean, some are rough, some carry awkward or blunt messaging—words I wanted to see in the world and couldn’t find. Everything is personal.
It’s not fashion for fashions sake but more of an experiment in regeneration, ideas and finding myself.
Thanks for stopping by.
Andrea
